Medior Software Engineer

Experience & Responsibilities

ProceraSoft is looking for a Medior Developer responsible for mentoring and overseeing Junior Developers on projects while supporting various software development duties. The ideal candidate will be effectively communicating with clients in the English language. This is a great opportunity to build yourself into a managerial position.

Responsibilities:

  • First and foremost, be a mentor to junior and mid-level software engineers.
  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, following the software development lifecycle.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, comments, and clear code.
  • Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
  • Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.
  • Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Stay on the leading edge of development practices.
  • Passionate about great technologies, especially open source.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Advanced knowledge of at least two of the following programming languages: JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React), Node.JS, C++, Java, Python, PHP, .NET Core
  • Knowledge of system frameworks including .NET, React, Git, and GitHub.
  • Experience with full-stack software development in MERN stack.
  • Experience working with Agile development technologies.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
Abilities

Must have conscientious regard for the quality and the needs of the customer. Must be able to prioritize tasks and accomplish assignments autonomously. Must have demonstrated the capacity to learn quickly in a self-directed manner and to keep up with best practices and current technology in the relevant areas. Must have solid analysis and troubleshooting skills. Must have good communication skills and work well as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team.

DevOps Engineer

Experience & Responsibilities

You will be:

Working on releases and patches out of standard office hours, to assist on automation of patches and releases Managing environments Troubleshooting Evaluating new technologies Providing support to our development teams

You have:

Relevant education and some work experience from DevOps

Knowledge in the following areas:

Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI / CD) Microsoft SQL Databases
General understanding of networking Windows environments
Programming

It is an advantage if you have knowledge in the following areas: TFS / Azure DevOps Server General troubleshooting skills for Windows Server environments C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, IIS
